Overview

NIH staff hosted a pre-application webinar on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. EST for those interested in learning more about the funding opportunity announcement (FOA) RFA-NS-22-069 HEAL Initiative Integrated Basic and Clinical Team-based Research in Pain (RM1 Clinical Trial Optional). This FOA aims to support integrated efforts of three or more (up to six) PDs/PIs to pursue bold, impactful, and challenging research in basic and clinical pain domains to understand the biology of specific human pain conditions as well as pain associated with various diseases/disorders. NIH Staff provided an overview of RFA-NS-22-069 and answered general questions from prospective applicants.
